EM2E low voltage heating core assembly line solution

1. The entire production line is designed according to a 25S/piece cycle, including 8S/piece of heating core assembly, 25S/piece of glue brushing, 25S/piece of power-on curing, and 25S/piece of power testing (based on 26 working days per month, daily work Time is 10 hours, monthly output is 37440 pieces).
2. The production line consists of five parts: heating core assembly machine, heating core tube pressing machine, automatic glue brushing machine, curing machine, and multi-function testing machine.
3. The heating core assembly machine adopts a magazine type magazine and is automatically loaded by a three-axis manipulator.
4. Automatic silk screen loading, and the carrier adopts upper and lower conveyor belts to automatically reflow.
5. The curing machine uses a four-axis robot to automatically stack and adopts an external double-sided heating and curing method.
6. The production line has automatic mode and manual mode, which can be executed manually in one step.
