3. The production line is equipped with automatic preheating, automatic plasma cleaning, automatic primer spraying & cooling, automatic topcoat spraying & cooling, automatic drying and cooling, and automatic unloading functions.
4. The temperature of the production line curing station is adjustable and has a heating area, a heat preservation area, and a cooling area. The temperature of each area is independently controlled and has a cooling function.
5. The production line has automatic mode and manual mode, which can be executed manually in one step.
6. The internal flow base of the production line remains unchanged, and the roller fixtures for different products can be adapted for use. It can be compatible with different types of products by simply changing the corresponding fixtures at the loading and unloading stations.
