Wiper frame assembly line solution
1. The equipment is designed according to the semi-automatic scheme.
2. The OP1 station is for manual assembly of rivets, rod heads and arm rods and put them into the equipment tooling. The equipment automatically rivets. After completion, the electromagnet sucks up the product to facilitate manual discharge.
3. The OP2 station is for manual assembly of springs, C-rings, and scraper rod assemblies and put them into the equipment tooling. After the equipment automatically stretches the spring to reach the specified pressure, the scraper rod is riveted. After completion, the electromagnet sucks up the product to facilitate manual discharge.
4. The OP3 station is for manual placement of hook plates and scraper rod assemblies into the equipment tooling. The equipment automatically rivets the hook plates. After completion, the electromagnet sucks up the product to facilitate manual discharge.
5. OP1-OP2 and OP2-OP3 both use belt lines to transport products.
6. Production line changeover: OP1 is a rotary riveting mechanism that automatically adjusts the height, and other models do not need to be changed.
OP2 is a private service motor that adjusts the fixed position of the scraper rod, the height of the rod head, and the left and right positions of the riveting. The riveting fixture needs to be replaced according to different products, and the arm limit block needs to be replaced for special arm sizes.
OP3 is a private service motor that automatically adjusts the position of some arm components and the positioning position of the hook plate. The riveting fixture needs to be replaced according to different products, and the arm positioning and hook plate positioning need to be replaced for special arm and hook plate sizes.
