How do small parts of wiper assembly create a clear view?

During the driving journey, clear vision is an important prerequisite for ensuring safety. The wiper, a seemingly simple part, bears the heavy responsibility of keeping the windshield clean in bad weather. From small parts to complete wipers, its assembly process is full of wisdom and precision.

The assembly of wipers starts with choosing the right parts. Different types of wipers, such as ordinary, boneless, and manually adjustable, have their own unique combination of parts. These parts include wiper blades, U-shaped hook interfaces, plug-in interfaces, wiper arms, etc. When choosing, make sure they match the model and the size and interface are just right.

Every step is crucial in the assembly process. Taking the combination of U-shaped hook interface and boneless wiper as an example, you need to pinch both sides of the clip, gently lift it to unlock, and then move the wiper along the opening direction of the U-shaped hook until the entire U-shaped hook is exposed before you can remove the old wiper. When installing a new wiper, make sure the interface fits perfectly, then push it into place until you hear a "click" sound, indicating that it is locked.

For wipers with direct plug-in interfaces, the disassembly and assembly process is simpler. Just find the unlock button, press it lightly, and pull it out, and the wiper can be removed. When installing, make sure that the groove on the wiper is aligned with the interface before installing it. During the whole process, avoid strong bending of the wiper arm to prevent damage.

After assembly, a functional test is also required. Start the vehicle, turn on the wiper, and check whether it runs smoothly, without abnormal noise, and has a good cleaning effect. Only wipers that have been rigorously tested can ensure a clear view for drivers on rainy days.
